Room was very clean. Our handicap room was very roomy and gave my husband plenty of room to manage his wheel chair. Beds could have been more comfortable and there was no shower chair or bench, even though I did ask about it at the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Too much Fabalooso or some cleaning products were making us have sinus issues. Front desk persons were always on the phone and coffee/tea area wasnt well stocked and was sloppy.

It's ridiculous to charge $15/day for parking, when the location is at least a .5 mile walk to the nearest section of the main Gatlinburg strip. There is plenty of parking in the large lot so it's not a space issue, and cheaper parking can be found directly on the main strip so it feels like a major scam. Once you factor in the parking fees you could spend about the same and stay in the much nicer Embassy Suites next door.

Very clean. The balcony over the stream was beautiful and very relaxing! Even the fire escape stairs were spotless and dustless (I know because that’s how I took my dog out at night)😀 Also, being pet friendly was the main reason we picked this booking. 🐾🐾😀Finally, every staff member was very friendly!😀

Stayed 1 night pay a pretty hefty price. I get there and I am hit with a 16.00 parking charge per night. No where is that displayed on Expedia. I feel for what I spent paying for parking is totally ridiculous!!! I have never paid at a motel to park in their parking lot. Also the room was clean but was not happy with the fact the mattress for not have bedbug covers. I will not stay here again. Do better Hampton Inn!!

The area was beautiful. Walkable to the shops, activities, and restaurants. The hot tub was fantastic as well except the jets weren’t too jetty but it worked out so I didn’t have to worry about my phone getting wet. I would 100% come back when I come through the area again!
