The Neighborhood:
This stunning cabin is located in Chalet Village, one of Gatlinburg’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Known for its incredible elevation and panoramic mountain views, Chalet Village is perched above the city yet still less than 10 minutes to downtown attractions. Guests also have access to the Chalet Village Clubhouse, including a seasonal outdoor pool and recreational facilities.

Getting Around:
The roads to the cabin are fully paved and well maintained, but we always recommend 4x4 wheel drive when traveling in the Smoky Mountains, especially in the winter or during wet weather. The location offers both convenience and a feeling of true mountain seclusion.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin
• Sleeps 12 guests maximum
• Gas fireplaces are seasonal (October–March, weather permitting)
• Coffee maker is a Keurig and regular drip combo—please bring your preferred coffee
• Outdoor pool is seasonal and located at the Chalet Village Clubhouse (hours and availability are subject to HOA control)
• Starter sets of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry pods are provided
• 4x4 is recommended for all Smoky Mountain travel, especially during snow or rain
• Guests agree to communicate through the website messenger, even if initial contact is made through another method

House and view was beautiful, we even saw a bear on day 2. Only negative I could say is that more furniture is needed on the outside decks. You can see the fireworks from Dollywood and with those views it would have been nice to have everyone out at the same time to enjoy them. Also kitchen could use a few more items (example...no pot holders or mixing bowls).

Such a cool house in the Smokies!

This house was so cool! We had a family of 9 (ages 5-77)…plenty of room for everyone. We loved the views - amazing from nearly every room of this quad level house. Lots of stairs. Very clean and well maintained. Main floor has the full kitchen and master with en-suite bathroom plus another half bath. 2nd level has 2 bedrooms with king beds in each and a huge bathroom to share. Top floor has pool table, kitchenette with full fridge and a pull out queen. Very bottom level has one king bedroom with small en-suite bathroom, another small bedroom (with single bed), and another full bathroom, kitchenette (another full fridge and dishwasher), hockey table, arcade game and walkout deck to hot tub. So much space! Property manager was super speedy to address some minor issues. Very kind and responded immediately to messages. Main full kitchen needs restocking of all dishware and needs new cooking pans

Great Anniversary getaway

Our stay here was amazing, cozy, peaceful, and safe. We experienced some rainy, snowy, and windy weather, which caused some water leakage in the house, but the host was super responsive, friendly, and kind. He had someone come and fix it right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

Beautiful views!

Beautiful views and lots of windows on the main floor and very top floor to enjoy the sunrise/sunset. The kitchen was pretty poorly stocked. I was disappointed with their cookware options for a simple pasta dinner at the house and baking brownies. I would also recommend putting furniture out on the balconies coming off of the bedrooms as there wasn’t anywhere for you to sit on your personal bedroom balconies if you wanted to enjoy the sunrise from those areas. All in all, it was a very clean house with plenty of room to space out if we just needed some time away. The decor was a little off as it had more of an ocean theme instead of bear/mountain theme. We saw multiple bears/baby cubs!

Million Dollar View

We had 10 adults and were comfortable. In the downstairs bedroom there was no trundle bed; it was missing the pullout bed. So only one person could sleep in that bedroom. My son slept on the sofa sleeper on the very top floor and he liked having his own private quarters. The house was clean and very accommodating. It is located at the top of a mountain so you have to be comfortable with steep and curving roads. But the views are amazing. We could see the fireworks show from Dollywood and amazing sunrises and sunsets. If I had one complaint…I wish there were more patio seating on the deck to better enjoy the view. Overall, we loved the house and would stay here again!

Beautiful mountain vacation

The house is very beautiful as advertised. I was really pleased with the cleanliness and check in/out process. Very smooth. The location has beautiful Mountain View’s as advertised and the house is really spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a large family. It was great for our family of five adults. I would like to mention that the drive up the mountain is a bit challenging if you are not used to tight mountain roads. Nothing that the average driver with a four wheel drive vehicle can’t handle. Just be prepared. However the house is worth the drive!

Favorite stay

By far, my most favorite place I’ve stayed while in Gatlinburg. Plenty of space to spread out with a beautiful view! The only issue we had was the electric. Some of the fuses blew a couple of times. Other than that, it was perfect and we definitely plan on booking again!

Beautiful Views Scary drive up a mountain

We loved this house!! It was beautifully decorated and everything you could possibly need was supplied. It was very clean. The road up the mountain was very narrow and scary going up and coming down. This house is huge and multi-leveled. The balcony from each room was a great surprise.
