The rooms were great!! Even though it is located on a busy street, you couldn’t hear much of the traffic outside. The view along the creek makes you forget you are in downtown Gatlinburg. Would stay here again.

We loved the location! My daughter and loved the simplistic decor and vaulted ceilings with wood beams. The design was on point. Restaurant was excellent. River view was amazing. Would’ve liked easier access to a concierge person for questions or last minute needs for example our tissue box was 2 away from being empty but other than that we would definitely stay again. We parked the car once and walked the whole time to all attractions.

This property still maintains the original vibe I remember from trips to Gatlinburg years ago. Located just outside the bustle of throngs of tourists yet walkable to downtown’s wide selection of quieky shops and specialty restaurants. Our room had a comfortable bed, roomy balcony overlooking the river. It featured a heater/fireplace that added a cozy touch. Rooms had all the amenities of any big brand hotel.

I’m leery of hype, especially in Gatlinburg the Mecca of hyperbole, but this place lives up to all its claims! The rooms are newly redecorated and are up to date, sleek, and clean. And every room has its own private balcony overlooking a very audible mountain stream! We slept with the balcony door open! Parking was easy, right outside our room.(They asked for special instructions and I stated that we had a large, full size pickup truck.) After driving all day to get here we were ready for a walk, and the check-in concierge sent us down the street, where we found “Ole Red,” the Blake Shelton bar with live music! Even on a Monday. This place is a real gem!

This was a wonderful weekend getaway spot! The only thing we didn’t like was the HVAC unit was extremely loud and annoying and kept us up unless we turned it totally off, so then we spent the whole night cold. We will definitely stay here again but next time in the room with the soaker tub.
