We were in the building across the street with the other outdoor pool, I think it may be older than the main building. It was somewhat clean (mayo or something on the wall). The beds were comfortable, there was a cute little balcony with 2 chairs on the backside of building. The pool was dirty, there was stuff floating on top. The area is far from the main attractions so it’s a long walk. There is a shuttle that comes about every 30-40 mins out front if you don’t want to walk

The only complaint is the one front desk lady. Lucille she was not very friendly and did not enjoy her job at all. Otherwise the stay was great. Older hotel but room was clean and easy access to trolley stop. Will stay again.

Very nice and affordable stay complete with hot tub and 2 pools. Emoloyees were all nice and rooms were clean. Only thing to be aware of is wild bears attack cars at night in this area. Make sure not to leave any food in your car!

Love this hotel & their staff. We had booked a pet friendly room because it was the least expensive but when we got there the staff upgraded us to a creekside room at no additional charge. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool since we were only there for a few days & stayed busy in the mainstreet area. The cafe was nice & it wasn’t a long walk to the downtown area. 10/10 will stay here again!!

Great pool for kids! Quieter area of Gatlinburg while still walkable. Creek view on 4th floor was a parkinglot view, small balcony, had to look straight down to see creek. Roof leaked over fridge. But- wonderful staff, washing machines and dryers are great, ice machine worked. It's just not as clean as Holiday Inn Express, our go-to
