The room was great. Didn’t expect the jacuzzi tab. The pool could have been warmer. Loved the lazy river and hot tub. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

Very reasonably priced within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge that we really only used it as a place to sleep. Breakfast was the same every morning and not a lot of variety even then, but works.

Got a suite with jacuzzi and fireplace at the first night but we found a bug in the morning and asked to exchange the room. We didn’t get the same one but they refund the price difference. Location was walking distance to major tourist attraction where shops and eatery are plenty to choose.
