Clean room comfortable bed, Patio faces traffic and putt putt golf area. Breakfast is wrapped sausage sandwiches that you microwave and pancakes coffee juice and muffins. Trolley picks you up, walk is about 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg to avoid paying for parking. Parking at Abby is included with your room.

The property was nice and homely. The staff was helpful. The property had great connectivity to gatlinburg downtown and also walkable. There was just one hot tub and we couldn’t use in the 3 nights and 4 days that we were there ad it was small and almost always occupied. The breakfast options could be better , there was hardly any savory vegetarian/ vegan option. Even the for non-meat eaters there was inly boiled egg.

Perfect location to take the trolly right into Gatlinburg. Very cute place. Loved the cozy cabin feel and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Would absolutely stay again!

The hotel itself is fantastic. It’s clean, the theme is adorable, it’s in a great location for getting in and out of Gatlinburg. Everyone was very nice, the room felt updated and the bed was comfortable. For us personally, we felt that the walls were a bit thin. I could hear everyone walking down the hallway at 10PM at night and could also hear all the parkway traffic. Which is no one’s fault, this was our first time staying on the parkway and at this hotel so we weren’t sure what to expect. Overall great hotel and great stay.
