This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The upstairs loft has one queen bed and a twin. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

It was a nice place.

The bunk beds were hard to sleep on but the other beds and catpet were great! Everything was very nice. Seeing bears was a plus!

Memorial Day Gaither Sing Getaway Weekend

Enjoyed the stay, property keep up, staff was very friendly & helpful. Enjoyed our stay, location was great & convenient, only thing that was a let down was there was not a recliner as shown in the photo, which is misleading and false advertisement. Management did tell me that none of the units had them after I contacted them, prior to our arrival, photos need to be updated so they don’t cause issues. I would definitely stay there again.

Christmas Family Time

Accomodations were comfortable and clean. Kitchen had essentials. Could update some dishes as one glass and some other tableware were chipped. Dishwasher top rack did not clean very well. I think the unit was older. Would stay again. Would be nice to have a vacuum in the unit. Overall pleased. Had a great time!

Final Big Family Getaway

Location, amenities, proximity to restaurants and entertainment was all fantastic. We really enjoyed the creek outside and the sound coming in from the balcony. The configuration of the unit itself worked great with the large family group we had. The huge downer for this property is the lack of cleanliness. We rented in spite of poor reviews and went with low expectations so we were not surprised when we found the prior tenant's breakfast remnants under the table. The bathrooms did not appear to have been cleaned at all , just clean towels put out. It is a great property that perhaps needs some new management and some investments in some modern upgrades. This trip was about being together and that we very much enjoyed despite any minor complaints.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and very comfortable. We did loose power twice but they were quick to respond. Only thing we're noticed missing from the kitchen that is needed is regular size spoons. There were only large spoons. And some baking sheets. Over all it was very nice and will stay there again in the future I'm sure.

Very friendly folks but needs a lot of minor repair and maintenance.

The location is great and the management very friendly. The unit needed touch up paint on the trim as it was looking worn. The master shower door didn’t fit right. A few light bulbs were out. The mattresses were very soft and seemed well used. Overall it was a good experience, but the unit needs attention to be great.
