This place is so beautiful and so friendly! The building we stayed in was only 2 weeks old so everything was new! We needed extra blankets and all we did was text and it was at our door! Westgate has got it down! Several pools and the onsite restaurant was so good for breakfast and dinner. Definitely will be coming back!!!!

Nice place and very clean but be aware, they will try to sell you a time share. Also, the waterpark cost extra - $35 for adults and $17.50 for children. Parking can be difficult but they do offer shuttles.

Location, location, location. Great staff, great food, great water park for smaller kids. beautiful views, great rooms. This is a great place to take your family or couple to get to the mountains and relax or head out to the local areas.

Room was great. Property is in a pretty location. But it is not truly a resort. it’s a timeshare property. Resort fees without the resort amenities. Did not clean our room. Did not offer any option for a late checkout. Front desk is available by text messaging which is nice but does not provide much information or offer help in response to questions. Minimal food options on the property but fortunately Gatlinburg has a variety of wonderful places to eat.

Everything is very good, very good impressions of the place, but the sales area overshadows everything magnificent about the hotel, super tedious, disrespectful to the customer, they tell him that they have a 90-minute tour of the place and they have 5 hours wasting your time and my money trying to sell rooms that in the end, if it suits the customer, they tell you that without commitments and then they get brave, the kindness is over and already, they retire and this is like a dog they played with him and they finished.

Our stay was great from the moment we checked in. Our check in assistant was very friendly and thorough explaining everything offered at the resort as were all other staff members. The water park was definitely a hit for the kids and for us to see them have so much fun. We absolutely will be returning. Thank you :)
