non edible food, and only restaurant in town is subway and there toaster is broke frozen food was also dismal pickings but they had sparking water so yay no ramen sad….. also those breakfasts sausages were worse then shoe leather

Unexpected stay at the holiday Inn in George after the car troubles we encountered near by on our way to our yearly trip to Mexico. Fortunately with one mechanic shop and one hotel both turned out to be our saviour. The Hotel was recently changed to Holiday Inn and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious it was and the luxurious bedding with comfy mattress. After chatting with the owner of the hotel and his focus on where the money should be spent was an extra comfort. We ended up spending 4 nights until the car was road worthy. Our experience in George was a great one even tho there are lack of places to eat around. One family run Mexican restaurant was a bonus and never knew gas station fried chicken became my favourite in the end lol.

This was my second time staying here - both times were very pleasant. We pass through George during the holidays to cut the drive in half and this is the best hotel offered in the area. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. We especially like this place because it is pet friendly and offers a good breakfast. My favorite touch is the free cookies at the front desk and their "guest of the day" program.

This Holiday Inn Express is the number 1 choice for all data center workers in Quincy. Great breakfast. Modern and new lobby Clean room. Great dining space. Wish there were free EV chargers though.

Excellent customer service!

Clean, staff was great and accommodating, parking with large horse trailer. Staff was always there to answer questions and take care of us. Great customer service!
