This was a horrible stressful trip. First, the tv did not work, room was dirty, and we didn’t have towels (thankfully the wonderful lady, the only good thing about this trip helped us out.). The ice maker on the second floor was broke. The breakfast was coffee, juice, cereal, and stale bread, and I think a few yogurts, then we were trying to rest and the door hanger was on the door as not to disturb and housekeeping just kept beating on the door. No snack vending machines only drinks. If you are going to travel, save the stress and stay at the Super 8 Wyndham in Gettysburg. They are beyond 5 Star wonderful there.

It is a shame i have to even give 1 star. Place had bed bug, broken hot tub, no heat cuz it was blowing cold air, toilet seat was duck taped, cigarette burns all over, blood on the pillow, lied about hot breakfast, pics are website are fake. When we took are complaints to the desk they did nothing, but waljed away and laughed at us. Said a manager would call that even happened.

The sheets were stained, dirty. Went out and bought blankets to sleep on and towels because the towels provided looked old and dingy. The room i was given had old broken phones. The place smelt of indian food ( which is fine but it took over the entire floor the entire stay) Tubs had cigarette burns. Bathroom door looked like it had fire damage. The staff was nice. But the place was not clean. There was black tape around the toilet seat maybe to fix a crack...will never stay..

Stold my money.

I canceled this booking, before the deadline and had the insurance and I got charged for the stay anyway. I canceled with in the alloted time frame and they still charged my card. I called and explained the situation and they refused to refund me.
