Basic does what it says on the tin. Clean and basic. TV is an upgrade from previous stays. Ok for 1 night stay.Lift still out of order. Been like this for over a year?

Got to check in early - thank you. Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed BUT Needs upkeep eg no outside space as advertised, lift broken, stains and holes in sheets, leak around sink, room smelt stale and musty etc etc. Price not at all justified

This is spitting distance from Glasgow Central station. Very convenient when your train is delayed! But the lift was out of order and having to carry luggage to floor 3 was tiring. The tv required you to sign up for a Roku account, the power sockets were suspect (phone charger indicator light random flashed on 2 outlets, there was a bathroom floor tile duct taped down around the toilet. But you get what you pay for.

It was a decent hotel for the price. The staff were all excellent, very polite and friendly. The hotel was clean but the rooms need at little tlc. Overall would recommend for a night or 2.

Clean and Comfortable

This place was really nice - clean and comfortable. The location is great, right in the middle of central Glasgow. I walked to everything I wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Glasgow.

Room carpet frayed and paintwork on tub was cracking. General state of room felt v neglected. Breakfast was out of packets and served in a bar! Staff v kind and good shower.

Staff was friendly. The bathrooms need a major cleaning!! Black mildew all on shower walls and sink area. Elevator not working and sounded as if it hadn’t been for a while with no plans for repair. We were only there 2 nights and cost was reasonable considering location next to central station.

Would have been more enjoyable if lift was working

Young man at reception was v helpful. A student from India. Another staff member helped me get online. But the elevator was not working. I’m 70+ so third floor room was a hard climb.

There was this constant loud rattling and shaking below my room. The ambience of the room felt uncomfortable as well. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was a good deal for short notice but not quality.
