Reasonably good coffee machine, decent breakfast, clean room, well-located facility. I would consider staying there again should I return to Glasgow.

This booking was for my mum, who has said the hotel itself was lovely, however she was awoken during the night by someone banging on the door and shouting to be let in, which left her quite uneasy for the rest of the night. This hotel was chosen because it had a higher rating, so I had hoped this type of thing would've happen. Unfortunately my mum didn’t alert staff to this, so they haven't been given opportunity to resolve the issue.

Very nice hotel. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. I would like to see a variety of breakfast options. I would stay there again.

The property is new and very nice. It is in the heart of the city so convenient for exploring Glasgow. We had a lovely room on the 12th floor with great views. We arrived early morning after a trans-Atlantic flight and were very pleased that reception gave us early check-in. The breakfast is rather disappointing. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
