Property location good. Staff were helpful. Bedroom, sofa bed had a rip in the leather, surround on tv very dusty, one tea cup had a crack down it, sink took so so long to empty, shower when on direction of water went straight out so had to hold it in one hand to shower, shower needs a flexible hose attached to head.

Affordable and very pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay and almost perfect (I put this down to it being perhaps a relativelybew build). The room was clean and comfortable with almost everything in 100% working order - which would have perfect had it not been for the shower holder bracket being damaged, so 99%. Staff were friendly and the complimentary drink was also a nice touch.

Great location. Our room was clean and spacious. Extraction fan in bathroom wasnt working, reported on check out and it was logged for immediate attention. We were a bit disthat the bar shut when there were plenty of residents still there, overall a great stay

The hotel itself was in a good location, a 10 min straight walk from Queen Street station, however check in was difficult, they couldn't find our reservation to start with, we stayed three nights and our room wasn't cleaned once, even though we asked for it to be from the cleaners when they were on our floor and the air con didn't really work so we were really warm. Other than that it could have been a really good stay.

Great and quirky hotel

Very modern hotel. Very quirky and lots of nice touches. Very good value for money. Treated very well by check in staff (fancheso) Everything we needed for stay. Had an issue with bathroom and a foul smell however did report to staff and didnt effect our stay
