Arrived early than check in time and room was ready. Room was clean, spacious, bed was a little soft for my liking but that’s a personal opinion. Great location with plenty of places nearby for eating. 8-10 minute walk to Queen Street station. Would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

All the staff we encountered were most polite and helpful and possessed good knowledge. Breakfast was excellent with quality cooked items regularly replenished, and a wide selection of cereals fruit & yoghurt. The continental selection of pastries, cooked meats, cheese & salad was also first class. The hotel in general was very clean and welcoming, including the comfortable bedroom. Some shelf and/or drawer space would be a welcome addition to the room. The location is perfect, being adjacent to High Street station and 10-15 minutes from both mainline stations and the city centre.
