So comfortable! Lovely room, the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, and toiletries. I will definitely be coming back. The shuttle to Ravinia was so convenient and the driver was so courteous! My weekend was excellent and it all started with my stay in renaissance Hotel! Thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s shown wear and tear. There’s a gap on the door to the hotel room. You can hear in the hallway. The air unit was loud (which I didn’t mind because) it drown out noises. Check out day door slams, Check in was to give us breakfast vouchers and didn’t give them to us until checkout morning. And we were in the “club level “ with no club lounge or club level amenities. Couldn’t cast to tv dispute paying for hotel WiFi! Huge disappointment. Will never stay here again.

Took more time to check in because they couldn’t pull info over from Expedia, keys didn’t work had to go back down for new keys and was charged $50 for incidentals at check in. Which isn’t right. One of the elevators was broke and the others were sketchy. Not surprised one broke after we checked in. Was over charged for drinks was told the price was $8 checked the credit card invoice and it was $9.95. Place will scam you small or large.
