Great value for rate paid. Lots of truckers spending the night and parking in the lot. Probably an important part of their business mix but should be noted for families with small children that may care about that.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had several requests and they assisted with a smile. On one occasion, I asked for a couple towels and the gentleman working the front desk had been spraying a carpet and air freshener in the lobby just prior to me approaching him. He went in the back room, washed and dried his hands thoroughly and got me a few towels. I actually wouldn’t expect most people to show that kind of concern for hygiene in that situation. Was noted and appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay very much. We had the 1 bedroom with the sofa pullout and it was a fantastic room. Very clean and spacious. Since it was situated with a bedroom in the back it was very quiet. My brother was in a regular room and unfortunately he said it was very noisy. The breakfast was very good and the staff was professional and helpful. Pool was warm and relaxing!
shower was a total slip hazard even when no water is in the tub. hand rail to get in but nothing to hold onto in the shower and no sticky tiles on the bottom of tub.
portions of shampoo and others are about half full and not even enough for one person, much less 2 or more.
rooms facing the parking lot are not insulated at all. at midnight it sounded like a truck was backing directly into my room, and at 530 when the truck started again, just to idle for 20 minutes, there was no way anyone could sleep.
had to unplug the in-room refrigerator for noise but still heard the next door refrigerator all night long.
bed and pillows are not as comfortable as my home ones, but that isn't really unexpected.
I reserved a single king size bed in a standard room, I got a full/queen bed in a standard room, I had a three night reservation and my keys stopped working after 2 and they had to reprogram them, would like to think that could have been alleviated as it took a while to get help to the front desk for that.
Nothing worked, food made me sick. Paid for a long suite, Jacuzzi tub didnt work, pool out of service, hot tub was luke warm at best. Never restocked soda even after saying it was going to be in an hour. Food from breakfast made me sick literally the first day, second day I went to have cereal instead and there was no milk. Room had gunk spots all over the floors, hair all over bathroom tub, just not properly cleaned at all. Staff was very kind, so I don't have an issue with that. But for what we paid, it was extremely upsetting that we got nothing we paid for.
The property was conveniently located and beds comfortable. Very low staffed though so waits to check in or get information. Breakfast choices very limited. We personally liked it when people were more routinely at the desk and staffing the breakfast. I felt like I was at a Super 8.
This propertv was purchased 3 months ago. There was no lighted sign up and in the dark was hard to locate. Heard another client mention their difficulty also.
Breakfast was suppose to br available from 6-10am. What limited food had been put out was gone by 9 am.
While the roomappeared to be clean, the grout in the shower needed to be replaced at it appeared to be black in areas with mildew. Additional ammenities were sparse such as laundry bag. Extra garbage bags.
