This hotel had good reviews but the truth is, good service depends on what people are used to, but this was not good service. The room wasn’t properly cleaned; I had to move the bed side table to find a plug (that was broken) and I found dirt and an old business card under it. There’s no shampoo and no hair dryer in the room. You must fill out a paper, sign it, and leave an ID at reception to borrow one. The kitchen, visible from certain angles, didn’t look clean. At breakfast, dishes were dirty, the coffee pot grimy, and the eggs watery. The reception staff didn’t make an effort to be polite, no smile, no thank you, not even when I checked out.

Este é um hotel muito bom é ótimo se você estiver lá para fazer compras bom estacionamento, a segurança do hotel é boa, o restaurante tem boa comida, o café da manhã é bom, mas muitas pessoas ficam neste hotel devido à conveniência que fica no centro da área comercial. A luta é que existem 3 elevadores e sua espera geral por um elevador é de 5 a 10 minutos ou mais, dependendo da hora do dia.

Very crowded and noisy area

The front of the the hotel was crowded 6 am on my check out fulled of street vendors. I had to walk across the street to catch the ubber drive. The food of the restaurant was not great and the customer service was terrible

O hotel atende para o que propõe. Custo beneficio excelente. Acho a localizacao ótima, principalmente quem vai procursr compras. A unica coisa que acho que poderia melhorar é a variedade de canais da TV. Só tem canal aberto.
