Room was nothing like shown in photos - no carpet, dark and not particularly clean. Walked away and did not stay there.

-this was on older hotel that was bought by Quality hotels-they upgraded the lobby but not the rooms, they were very dated!-no carpet on the floors ( cold). sloppy interior work lacking refining The bed in the handicap room was too tall and hard to get into for a disabled person. Handicap parking had a curb not navigable by a handicap person-had to walk way around to find a slope to get up on the sidewalk. staff was friendly-hot tub was nice-breakfast was as expected!

Breakfast so so. Wifi connection terrible. Kicked off every few minutes. Weather, said dedk person. Wearger typical, so this must be on-going problem. Dont stay herebif wifi and breakfasts import.

We had a good stay. I’m in a wheelchair before surgery so I have to get an accessible room. We were please with the value, and the lady at the front desk was kind and informative about the area for my husband who would be waiting for surgery to get me. This hotel also has extended check out time which was a great benefit since my husband also had our year and a half old son with him. I would def stay again.

Expedia website says Pet fee is $25 per visit. Motel says it's $25 per night and would not honor your advertising. They said Expedia is at fault and needs to change. I was very disappointing in their refusal to honor the advertisement.

Stayed here twice at this point. Great access to the main roads so it is convenient. Rooms seem clean and well serviced. All the staff I have interacted with are friendly.

Did not actually even step foot on the property. Due to severe weather and flooding, roads were blocked from where we were coming from and called to hopefully request a refund. Staff was not understanding at all. There are plenty of other hotels that you can stay at, avoid this one at all cost.
