Woman who checked my family and I in was great. Friendly and accommodating as we requested to be near each other. She was very sweet. Immediately when we got to the room and I opened the door you can smell the mold. It was pretty awful and I was concerned since I had my baby with me. The toilet was broken and would not flush. The pillows were like pancakes. It was late and we were traveling for hours so we were NOT going to leave and find somewhere else. At one point the woman from the front desk called our room that she received a complaint from the people below us that children were running around. My child is 7 months old and can barely sit up on his own. It was overall comical. I would not recommend and quite honestly would appreciate a refund.

1: The carpets are filthy throughout hotel. 2: Carpet in elevator gross. 3: disgusting smell throughout hotel 4: 4 night stay and pool was not open 5: tables in breakfast area were sticky 6: staff were very friendly except for the young blondish brown hair girl. My husband is handicapped and he asked for a chair for the shower and she was giving him the chair knowing he was walking with a walker. 7: I would never stay again
