The hotel was nice, very festive. Our room number was 400. Upon entering the room I did notice that it was cold. Just thought we needed to turn up the heat, which we did. The room never got warmer. We called the front desk and they came up and felt the air blowing and explained about how it works. We explained that cold air was blowing on top of the unit and she proceeded to cover the area with two towels. By 11:30 PM the unit was making a banging noise which was loud enough to wake us up. We called the front desk again and advised that we wanted another room. So at midnight we had to change rooms. this time room 224. the room was really no better. It was still cold to us but we were checking out in the AM so decided to stick it out. The heating system was bad and it was entirely too cold outside to only be cold on the inside too. I also have another reservation for 12-21 thru 12/24. If i was not afraid that I would be charged for canceling, I would find another hotel for this stay.
