If you’re thinking of staying here, maybe just don’t. The guy behind the desk seemed like doing his job was an inconvenience.. our first room smelled like mold and when I went back to the desk he seemed annoyed. The next room was on the second floor which there was no elevator to. I wish I would have realized that since my mom who needs hip replacement surgery was with me. The next room smelled a little better but wasn’t clean. There was hair in the shower, stuff all over the floor and the beds were awful. And don’t get me started on the wads they called pillows.

Need to improve customer services

The hotel failed to post that renovations were being done in the pool. We were not able to enjoy it. There's no elevators and we did not get any help with our luggage to be taken to the second floor. Sofa bed needs to be replaced. I requested sheets and pillows for the sofa bed and i was asked to pick it up at the front desk. Service to clients should be provided. Breakfast was good.

This hotel does not have a working pool/hot tub!

I was angry that once again Hotel.com featured a hotel showing it had a working hot tub when in fact the hotel had been and and will be under reconstruction in the pool/hot tub area for some time!

This property has a nice breakfast and a nice staff. We were disappointed when we got there and the pool was under construction. Expedia should make their guests aware of this.

The hotel was great but when I booked it through Expedia, it stated there was a pool and hot tub. When I got there I was advised that they were closed for renovation even though they were mentioned as some of the amenities on Expedia.

The one bedroom king suite was very large size but the floors were not very clean. Could see pieces of food and various things and a couple stains on the floor which is usually not a big deal unless you have a little one all over the floor who wants to put everything in her mouth. The room was otherwise clean and a great room for us. Great free made to order breakfast including eggs, omelettes, pancakes and French toast.
