1st- jetted hot tub didn’t work and they knew but failed to inform us even at check in. We had to call for help and after arguing with me over whether I had a jetted tub in my room or not they blew responsibility onto someone else by saying that unit was privately owned and it’s their responsibility to fix it. Which then leads into the issue of I didn’t rent the property from a private owner. I rented it from Nordic village, so why are they not the ones fixing the problem?
2nd- it says it is two queen bedrooms, but they are not queen beds. They are full-size beds at best and they are small and it was a tight fit and uncomfortable.
3rd- tv didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. No cable just black screen. Called the front desk for Help and they did say and maintenance who proceeded to say the unit was again privately owned and he didn’t know why the owner took the TV that he had just pulled up out and put this one in even though that one didn’t work to begin with. Maintenance then proceeded to take TV out of the closet hook it back up and told us we could login into our Roku apps to watch something. So still no cable and no way was I logging in on someone else’s device.
4th- the unit was HOT. Like they wanted us roasting like a chicken. We turned all the heating units down as far as we could we’re off if it let us and still the heat was blasting at full speed I could not that unit was 90° or more and we could not cool it down.
5th- indoor heated pool was cold!
