Wifi was terrible, very slow. There were some very small ants in the bathroom. As well the smoke detectors have very bright lights that flash. These are above the beds and do not create a great sleeping environment. The hot breakfast is waffles and toast/ bagels, no eggs or sausage which was disappointing compared to other quality inns.

WIFI is really bad. Some of the rooms are in disrepair. Breakfast is okay, but tight and crowded for the nomber of rooms. There are few restaurants of any quality. Gorham is pretty depresed as a town.

Nice room and friendly staff. Pool, hot tub and sauna are great but could use a cleaning. Needed more coat hangers in room for winter coats, etc. Sufficient breakfast but could use some milk or yogurt, cream cheese for protein option. In all great value and would stay again.

Beds were ok comfy, decently clean, dust bunnies and a sticky pink spill of something left on the ground by door, bathtub drain clogged, bathtub could use a good clean with bleach for mold. Otherwise decent place, just some more thorough cleaning needed.

Clean, comfort, accessible, indoor swimming pool!

Beautiful 3-star place - wasn’t expecting this clean and impeccably convenient place. Breakfast was well thought — good fuel for the day long ski trip! The kiddos loved the warm swimming pool and we loved the hot jacuzzi and the sauna — spent the whole day!

The room was outdated, bathtub looked it was from the 80’s. Carpet was dirty, TV did not work, vending machines empty… gym facility locked up and ceiling tiles covered in black mold. Included breakfast was toast or stale bagels or make your own waffle, no covers for the hot coffee. Lobby was newly remodeled. To get the pool you have to go outside to a different building.

Not even worth a good deal.

Hotel was very outdated, beds extremely uncomfortable, side door to building did not lock, breakfast was an old bag of bagels/bread and toaster, area to eat was worse than school cafeteria, and both beds had stains on comforter.
