Room was great. It was more than what I'd hoped for. The only drawback was the overhead light in the bathroom was out. I didn't tell them until the morning so can't say how quickly they replaced it. Staff was friendly. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't speak to how good it was but it smelled good when I dropped off the key.

Courteous and attentive staff, clean room that was up to date with just a few signs of minor wear. VERY comfortable bed! Surprisingly quiet given the location on a main street, very convenient to downtown (.6 miles, walkable).

Put us in a 3 story building where the elevator was broken and the tv in the room didn’t work at all. They couldn’t fix it either because the tvs are new?? Cleanliness was good and the staff was great!

The room was crisp and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the sink drained very slowly. (I mentioned this to the person at the checkout desk and she was most appreciative.) P.S. I wish the room had chair-height toilets. The low ones are especially difficult for elderly folks like myself.

We rented a room with two beds and a pull out sofa. The beds were clean but when we pulled out the sofa to go to sleep it was disgusting and looked moldy. It was late and the kids needed to go to sleep. We didn’t call the desk and just ended up all sharing the two beds. The rest of the room seemed clean and breakfast was fine. It makes me wonder how often they clean those sofa beds and what else is being overlooked or not cleaned.

I first visited here 9 years ago for one night only and told myself I’d have to come back, which I did this year for an entire week. The hotel itself was lovely (great breakfast options, clean, affordable, attentive staff) and Northampton has now become one of my favorite cities. So much to do and see!
