We didn't receive a check in email so we couldn't figure out how to get in to building. After a long phone wait we finally received a text with a room key pad number. But they forgot to mention we also needed a garage entry key number. We never did receive the pool code or internet information but finally was able to connect by text and get those.When we arrive our condo was hot and we tried to adjust the AC but it didn't work. We called and called and finally were told that no one could come until the next day. It was 77 in the condo by bed time. We didn't have fans either. One of our guests slept on the couch with the windows and doors open to get air but the road noise made it hard to sleep.The master bedroom lamp light switch was broken and so was a tile in the master shower. The stove was very greasy and dirty.The next day we called again to see when the AC would be repaired and again had trouble reaching someone. After lengthy holds we were told someone would come in the morning. When we return in the afternoon after a long hike, our code no longer worked on the door. We had to be on hold again repeatedly before someone could help us get another code. The AC still wasn't fixed.So I made another phone call and was on hold for a lengthy period again (there are text messages and many phone calls logged.)When someone came around 5 p.m. they couldn't fix the AC so they had us move to anothe unit which was a hassle but at least we'd sleep better.
