lady at desk was pleasant. our 1st room was totaly unmade. went back to desk. 1st said there were no unreserved rooms but would upgrade to suite. the room was nice but TV did not work. went back to desk. moved us again after i told her we were leaving. This room was very nice. my wife recently had knee replacement and all rooms were on 2nd floor. even with elevator was tough on her.
