Horrible! I was given 2 cards at check in but only one of them worked. It took me 10mins for the one that did work to let me in my room. When I walked in the light above struggled to turn on, 2 of 3 bulbs worked. The room was another issue. The mini fridge was left open and unplugged, the light by the bed didn’t work and when I turned on the ac unit it filled the room with a horrible smell. Then there was the bathroom….. what looked like a blow dryer holder was missing, the bath tub was half way full of water and had a towel folded and laid over the side, which had been soaking up the water and left the area wet. The shower curtains were indeed soaked. I was so scared to even use it. I ended up leaving early, I just couldn’t get over how dirty and poorly maintained the room had been. There was no one at the front desk just a little sign that said call this number for service. I just left my room keys and exited.
