This is fair price for a hotel. I did the check-in online, but I still ended up waiting forever. Under the suitcase rack in our room there or bits of kibble from what I assume was a dog or cat? Having allergies to pet dander, you could tell the minute you turned on the air unit that there had been animals in the room. So the room is not thoroughly cleaned. But for what it was, not bad overall.

The breakfast was absolutely EXCELLENT! They had anything you could think of for breakfast! The bed was comfy! The pillows are too large but we always bring our own. We will definitely stay here again next time!

The G.M. contradicted what an employee told me. The employee had been GREAT throughout our stay. She was everywhere doing everything. I was so impressed. She said I could leave my scooter in a secure little corner for a few hours until my son could stop by to pick it up. The G.M. said no for liability purposes. I have stayed at Hampton, C'Mon Inn, and Rodeway. First time trying Baymont. ALL of those places worked with us and let me leave scooter at the end of our stay until my son could pick up. The G.M. ruined our stay. Was a great motel. Had a great breakfast. Glad it was dog friendly. But that G.M. just ruined the day.

Had a room by the elevator so we listened to that all night. The room needed vacuuming and tv didn’t work even though the directions were followed. It was a very tired looking room. The beds and towels were clean!

Nice hotel, affordable

Great stay, reasonable rates. Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast every morning had good options. Convenient with Boss Pizza next door. Good location, short drive to everything. Kids loved the pool. Keep in mind pool is small, but it wasn’t busy while we stayed so it was a bonus. Would definitely stay again. If we had to complain, the AC doesn’t turn your room super cold, so my husband was bummed and bought a fan. I was secretly okay with it lol.

Was a good stay. Check in was painless and all staff encountered were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Your cook did an excellent job. The only thing I didn’t like was the height of the toilet and no bars installed on wall if I recall. I’ve had a total knee replacement and this is actually a big deal for some of us to bend our knees very well.
