Friendly staff however, swimming is charged now. We went 3 years ago and we can swim in all amenities. So sad, hot pool is also closed right now.

The kid at the breakfast facility really didn’t want to give me an orange juice even though I had free breakfast, normally I would have shrugged it off but I was grumpy because of lack of sleep as my tv in my room was very loud and the remote would not let me turn the tv volume down or even turn it off!

Main thing is my kids really enjoyed the waterpark. Though I think there were some changes recently that needs to be updated here in Expedia. I heard previously from my friends' stay 2-3 years ago that the Splashers access was completely complimentary for guests. But now you will have to pay everyday for the wristbands for my kids to go to the tubes and playground (discounted for guests). Complimentary for the pool, kids pool and lazy river but not the slides and everyday of your stay you will pay if you like going on the tubes. We ended up paying once because my kids just did the medium slides on the playground once or twice on the first day. Because you will see also that not all have wristbands and they can still access the playground and slides. Also we did not even tried the big tube slides. They are not strict as well inside on wristbands. I should have not paid for it have I known. Anyway, the very nice trade off is the free breakfast on the entire duration of your stay. It was not complimentary before. Now, you have a choice - classic or pancakes. As to the room, family room is kinda small with the bunk beds that are tight as well. AC is cold but old. Other room has newer units and updated. But overall what matters is my kids enjoyed it. It was a nice stay and we'll be back for sure.
