The guy at the front desk was nice! The ladies working there are pretty grumpy. I would give it a 5 star but 2 things for me were one the toilet paper is as bad as Mexico toilet paper, bring your own haha 😂 the other was our door was right in front a side entrance to outside and the laundry room and the stairway. It was busy and noisy. Otherwise the breakfast is amazing!! The hot tubs are lovely.

Great hotel and close to restaurants and shopping! Beds are comfy and they have Keurig coffee machines so you can bring your own favourite pods from home! The mini fridge is huge!👍If you book your room through Expedia like we did you will NOT get a ground floor court side room😓we wanted one so we could access the hot tubs and breakfast bar easily so had to pay extra to the hotel

Hotel was neat and clean.We used the pool and hot tub, but the towels were out in the pool areas so we had to grab some from the other hot tub area in the lobby. Breakfast was a great variety and well stocked.
We liked watching the fish.
