Reserved the suite with the kitchenette for a week (shown in the photo) through Expedia. When I got there to check in, they gave me a regular hotel room instead. No kitchenette. I asked them to fix it. They said sure, but you'll have to reserve it through their physical office for an extra $350 (total around $700). AN OBVIOUS BAIT AND SWITCH. I was desperate and said OK. Before moving in I came back an hour later and asked to cancel. They cancelled the Kitchenette but wouldn't cancel the original room cost ($360).They said call Expedia. Expedia contacted them and Red Roof Inn management refused the refund. I'm out $360. It was like they were mad I used Expedia and didn't pay regular price through them. Don't rent from Red Roof Inn!

Needs paint..stained sheets…fire alarm not working! Will never stay there again! Can’t imagine how you would ever recommend this one!
The Mexican restaurant that is in the same building as the check-in is the best their margaritas are on point food is awesome. I ate there three times and the margaritas were convenient and I just walked to my room.
The owners were very rude and unprofessional. There is roaches that come out and climb the walls at night. The garbages are overflowing around the property.

We waited for 2 hours eventhough we arrived at 4pm.
The rooms are not cleaned. One room has roaches.

2nd time staying here at Red Roof Inn. The first time was pleasant and expected the same but was very disappointed.
Was made to wait to get the room due to limited staff and overbooking. Was given an accessible room instead of the room I booked, which was fine with me.
They haven't refunded 100 dollar deposit and on top of it charged me 90 dollars for stained linens which is ridiculous. We stayed just one night to get some sleep and have done nothing to stain the beds.
During checkout I was also interviewed about my nationality and job after which I was charged the 90 dollars for linen making me assume that there is some racist factors for this. I will not stay here again and recommend others to stay away or pay deposit in cash and get it back before leaving. If you put a card on file, they are at their discretion to charge you up.
For a room that is 60dollars on Hotels.com. I was charged an additional 190 from RedRoofInn on my card additionally.
The hotel had some upgrades since we stayed before about 3 years ago. However the bathroom was awful. There was running water in the bathtub that wouldn't shut off as the taps were broken. It was not cleaned well at all. It was a Sunday night so I suspect that they couldn't get it fixed as it was a weekend, however the hotel was not full. Why was the front desk not informed by housekeeping so that this room was not used?? We unloaded our car and didn't use the washroom until a half hour and after driving 12 hours we were exhausted and couldn't imagine transferring to another room. We jus kept the door closed and tried our best to ignore the running water.
Not ever any staff up front to tend to the desk. We reserved 2 rooms for extended stay, neither had microwaves or fridges. Not once, in our weeks stay, we were offered new towels, linens, toiletries or anything. The trash around is just overflowing everywhere. The owner was harrassing my kids and I during our weeks stay! 10/10 DO NOT recommend
Room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned yet, so we were given another. That one was clean but was not a 2 queen bedroom. We were given a third that was clean, had the 2 queens, but had big gashes in the drywall. We took it because we were roadtripping and were tired, but I neatly just went to another hotel. Gal at front desk was very, very helpful, but dressed in dirty sweats. I'm a single mom with 2 kids and I just really hoped we'd be ok. Sketchy property and people sitting on the ground outside drinking.
While staying at the property for one month after asking four separate times for housekeeping, new towels, new toiletries I received none they did not come to clean the room or provide me with additional toiletries when I would complain they gave me excuses
Upon checking out of the property, everything was fine as I went to leave the property approximately 10 minutes later I found an arbitrary charge on my credit card for $190. I immediately returned to the property to find out that they were attempting to charge me for dirty towels, and for additional damages to the room when there was no damages to the room, there was nothing more than where and terror from being an old hotel. After speaking with the manager who spoke very little English I just finally had to tell the manager I refuse to pay the additional fees and I will not pay the additional fees. This place is horrible. I have heard from other people that have stayed at this property that this property will try to steal and rip you off and that’s exactly what they have done to me stay away from red roof Inn
