Everything was great. We love staying at this place. The only concern we had was the parking spaces, the vehicles were tooooo close, ppl were banging cars when opening doors.. The rooms are usually really clean our suite could’ve used a lil more TLC, There were tortilla chips on the floor and hair left around the toilet bowl.. Other then those few things everything was great.. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.. We will definitely be back all summer and in the further future.. THE BEST PLACE TO STAY WHEN VISITING GRAND LAKE!!.. Enjoy your vacation everybody and safe travels..😊🌹

Room was adequate with a comfortable bed and table and chairs. Loved the blue tile bathroom! Location is amazingly quiet and the view is spectacular! No a/c though and even with the windows open there is almost no airflow. They provided a fan but we really needed 2! Steps away from the shopping area. I highly recommend!!!

We loved the location of the property. It is close to the water and restaurants but we were not warned about all the road blocks around the property the day before when I contacted them for late check-instructions. We arrived after 8pm on a Friday in the dark and there was no mention of the event in town or that we would not be able to reach the property to park. Communication was poor and the arrival was stressful. There was also no map of where to find our room, which we later discovered was on the 2nd floor. In future, please notify guests on any complications in getting to the parking lot for the property and of your winter hours (8am-8pm) in advance for planning purposes.

We visited in winter and it is a very nice hotel with nice lake view. Easy late check-in. Cozy stay. The staff is friendly. The only issue we had is that the heater is making some small cracking sound when on. Hope this could be improved.

Easy to get into RMNP early. Afforable and parking right across from my room although parking spaces were tight. Really lovely setting and easy to take a walk along the shore of Grand Lake.
