I like this facility. It’s close to baseball, golf and bars and restaurants. It is my go-to venue for Whitecaps games.

Everything was good excpt for the on ramp for the expressway was right outside the window. Had we known that we probably wouldn't have stayed there. Also had two lights out in the bathroom,hot tub was broke and has been for weeks.

Halls had a weird smell. The breakfast was good. Tv lagged. It was still a good stay. Not enough hooks to hang things in bathroom. Been to hotels that provide more hooks especially that have a pool to hang up wet suits. Hot tub was broken. Water pressure was good.

I booked the stay via Hotels.com. Comfort Inn charged me for the night that was already paid for and now me and Hotels.com are fighting Comfort Inn to get my credit card refunded! I was NOT given a receipt so Hotels.com acts like they cannot help me without it. I have screenshots of my credit card statement where I paid Hotels.com and where Comfort Inn charged me. I am furious!! How ridiculous and unprofessional of both companies!!

Staff was friendly The room was well cleaned They need more places to charge your phones in the rooms We didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast because they ran out of quite a few things
