Room was fine and facility was fine. Bed was ver staticky which was annoying. Hotel is right next to the highway so you hear traffic all night which is a big negative. Have some sort of white noise or something ready to drown it out. I did this and it helped some but you could still hear it. Desk staff was friendly no issues there. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Overall it’s a place to sleep. Wouldn’t stay at full price but I had one key cash to use so I got my moneys worth.

The only downside was I heard the person / people above me with the newer floors (no longer carpet) and they were up early. Other than that the room and hotel was clean, staff was friendly and great price.

There was noise all night. Our room was in the middle of the 2nd floor (208), and we could hear music through the floor (or from somewhere). I'm wondering if we were hearing music from the lobby? If so, it needs to be turned off overnight. Aside from that, the pillows were a little too soft for someone who is a back sleeper.

The hotel was modern and clean. The heated pool was clean and warm. The rooms were smaller, but for 2 people it worked well. The bathroom was bright and clean with shampoo, hand soap, and body lotion in easy-squeeze wall dispensers. The 24-hour coffee is convenient, and the breakfast bar has a variety of breakfast items and fresh fruit. The pancake machine was fantastic and knocked out some delicious pancakes. All in all, a nice, quick one-night stay.

Staff was terrific & very responsive. Had to move to 4th floor due to noise from shoes pacing for 2 hours from room above…..LVP floors not best choice for sound deadening. Only complaint would be breakfast ending at 9am.

I have stayed here a few times before and had great experiences. This time was anything but that. Got to my room late, My thermostat was not working and I was too tired to deal with it. Kids were running in the hallways till midnight. The front desk person was anything but friendly. The bed had a huge divot in it on one side. Most likely will not stay here again for my short visits visiting my daughter at college.
