Lovely as always

The staff was very nice and check in was easy. Room service was veey good but a little limited. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient!

Great hotel and very convenient. The reception staff are excellent. They all without exception are helpful, generous and kind. The room was lovely but we missed not having a kettle from which to fill our hot water bottles!!!!! There is still only one lift working and other maintenance issues. Breakfast is in a bar with tvs everywhere and was ok but no really healthy options eg unsweetened yogurt, porridge, seeds, etc which I’d expect for the price we paid. But very central and warm. Will return.

No tea and coffee in the room. We called reception and had to call again after one hour of waiting for it, even then it didnt get delivered to the room.

Walkable from airport, if not too much luggage. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms small yet functional. Fun deco. A great last night before an early flight. Would not stay here to visit Edinburgh, but responds well to the need near airport

Everything was good for us for an overnight stay. Room, bedding, en suite all very clean and comfortable
