The pool was closed due to health code violations. Wish I had known since I had kids with me. Staff was friendly. There are restaurants walking distance and a mall close by. Floor in the room had a weird stain on it and the beds were hard but other than that it was all clean. They did try upgrading my 2 queen bed room to a king but I don’t see how that is much of an upgrade.

Pool was basically down. The heater was broken. You could swim at your own risk…but waaay too cold to actually swim. No drain stopper in the tub, so had to use a hand towel. Looks a lot better online than in person. Not a terrible experience, but not the best either. 3/5 overall for sure.

Took over a hour when we first got there to check people in no one was up there asked for a baby bed didn’t receive one only ended up staying one night instead of two they didn’t even have us checked in the heater was broke on the pool very bad service

The rooms were very clean. You can do laundry, exercise, swim, and many other things. And it's surrounded by restaurants and places to shop. It's Central to everything. This is an amazing place to stay!

I recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fairview Heights, IL on January 30 and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, once I reached the second floor, I noticed multiple guest room doors — including the one assigned to me — were propped open. As a solo female traveler, this immediately raised safety concerns. When I entered my room, the issues continued. There were red stains on the floor, the window was open with broken hinges, visible handprints on the mirror frame, and the bathtub appeared inadequately cleaned. There were also large scratches and chunks missing from the wall near the bed. Most concerning was the door: the strike plate was misaligned, and even when locked, the door did not fully secure. It did not feel safe. I reported the issue and was upgraded to a suite across the hallway. While I appreciate the staff’s willingness to move me, the second room also had noticeable damage, including a hole in the wall directly across from the bed. The bathroom appeared only minimally cleaned, and the towels were worn and in poor condition. To make matters worse, the next morning there was no running water in the building. While I could briefly brush my teeth, I was unable to shower or properly get ready. Access to water is a basic necessity, especially when traveling, and this significantly impacted the value of the stay.

Staff at front desk was not attentive , and then rude when guests had to yell for her or wait a long time before she would be back at the desk. Room was outdated. The fire alarm had been taken down, but the plastic ring it attached to was left on the ceiling. The piping under bathroom sink was clearly changed & the mess was still under there where you could see it. The bathroom faucet spit water out as if there was air in the lines or something. The ice machine was broken. The elevator was dingy. The bed sheet had some kind of balckish stain on it.

Room was great. There was a snow storm that necessitated me booking this room. I could not drive on the lot at 5 pm because it was not cleared off at all. There was one guy with a shovel and snow blower trying to clear it. I drove in after backing up a ways and entering the lot at some speed. Other hotels in the area were plowed, shoveled and salted. Finally at 9 pm someone began clearing the lot at Country Inn
