Front desk staff was friendly and helpful even though we arrived rather late. The room was smelly and the carpet was stained in several places. A deep cleaning of carpet would probably help.

I rented a room with a jacuzzi tub that started smoking and the jets stopped working as soon as I got in it. I called the front desk and he came to take a look. He smelled the smoke as soon as the for was opened and gave us a new room, no jacuzzi tub because they weren't available. When I checked out in the morning they said all they could do is give me a coupon for my next stay because I didn't book with them directly.

The hotel was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and the hot tub was great. The best part of our stay was the agent at the front desk. Oscar was fabulous and even made fresh baked cookies. Oh, breakfast was good too. I will definitely book this place again .

Another great stay! What makes this place really stand out (besides the cookies, nice room and the bfast bar) is the wonderful staff. Oscar and Brandon were so funny and sweet. Obviously very happy employees. We'll be back!

It was a pet friendly room but we had to pull a chocolate candy out of our dogs mouth that she found on the floor within the first couple of minutes. Thinking we dodged the bullet and accidents happen we went about getting settled only to then find my other dog had found a hard plastic coffee stir stick/stopper and was chewing on that! At that point I examined the room a bit more closely and am glad I did because I found a metal staple that looked like it would have come out of the bottom of the box spring. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly to make it pet safe and friendly. I thought that was what we paid the extra pet cleaning fee for? The man at night was fantastic and noted the account and told me to talk to the front desk at checkout. She was less that helpful and didn’t even apologize. I had rented a conjoining room through the hotel itself as well, so have paid through this app and at the hotel. She offered me “like $20 bucks off” which is ridiculous! Extremely unsafe and could have caused serious harm to my dogs. Night staff was great but couldn’t do much as the hotel was at capacity, plus we had conjoining rooms. Very unhappy with the way my checkout went and I hope their management reaches out and hotels.com helps make it right as well. I shouldn’t have to clean the room to make it safe for my pet that I am paying to stay in!
