Upon arrival we went to check-in to aquire the room 2 queen beds on the 1st floor. Close to the pool. But it seems, Hotels.com didnt send our reservation to the hotel until the day of our stay. So the room we requested and confirmed almost a month ago, wasn't available.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the entire property was well maintained. The staff was very helpful, always pleasant, and greeted us with a smile every time we saw them.

Comfortable, cool, bed was amazing. Con- stains on sofa. Sofa bed mattress was very stained. Indoor pool was clean but used and insane amount of chlorine. My children complained of eyes and nose burning. The smell was extremely strong.

We were on the third floor for one night. The air conditioner didn’t work terribly well, as it was hot and stuffy most of the time in the room no matter how low we set the ac. The mattresses were pretty worn and sunken in the middle, especially the pull out bed. There were also stains on the carpet. Other than that, it was quiet and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. I would still probably stay somewhere else.

Over all it’s a fine stay for a night, but I would never stay longer. It’s like any other cheap hotel, that try’s to give you everything the big one do but on a budget.
