Broken windows, House keeping tried to force their way into my room at 8:30am, trash, beer bottles inside back door, people sleeping in parking lot. Do not stay here.

Room was comfortable, 1 top lock broken right off of door, loved it had a second door out to heated pool area, very nice area, was disappointed, was expecting hot tub, nope all cemented in. No towels for after swimming, pool stairs too high of step, very slippery stairs. Went for breakfast. Started with coffe and tiny 2 bite yogurt. Was about to get eggs and 1 sausage that was left up there. A hotel worker came in and cleaned all the food out at 9:40am. 20 mins early. Was not very happy.

Comfortable

I was very happy with my stay. The room was comfortable with heat and comfortable bedding. Trying to watch tv was a little wonky. My only complaint was second floor room, but considering extreme power outage due to ice storm in the area, I was happy to be able find a place to stay. Staff member graciously helped carry my stuff up the stairs.

Mold in the widow tracks. Door didnt shut properly unless forced. Exhaust fan didnt work sink didnt drain properly. Floor lamp broken. No smoke detector.

The first room had issues with heating, cooling, refrigerator, microwave, the outside security doors do not lock. Carpeting on stairs is coming up which causes trip hasards. All ice machines and washing machines out of order. Second room...no power to the TV, fridge, microwave , lamps...asked for our money back and were denied . We had been here for 2 hours at that point . My rating is less than zero and will never stay at a rimada by winding hotel again.

Meh

We were taking our kids for a staycation, but ended up leaving the day after we arrived. Pool- 8/10. Its huge, was fairly warm, 1ft kiddie pool. Appears like the pool was repainted recently. *It would had been nice to have a place to leave your pool towels when you're finished with them, but everyone seemed to just leave dirty towels laying around and no staff picked them up. Hot tub 0/10. It wasn't opened. Room 3/10. Pretty sure the beds were fulls and not queens. Our room had an funny smell. Its a place to lay your head i suppose. Breakfast 5/10. Again, its something to eat. Hopefully with the new owners and chipping away at updates, the place will be back to its former glory and worthy of another visit.

Playscape inside hotel is amazing for kids, Pool was slightly cold but still nice, breakfast was always great, cleanliness could use some work and some deficiencies could be attributed to ongoing renovations, will most likely be back !!!
