The place was under construction which wasn't too bad the problem was that it was very dirty . The carpets were not vacuumed innidk how long the beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets all wrinkled and one was dirty. The sheer curtains had holes in them. There was a hole in the ceiling. The staff was very nice and polite, the breakfast was very good.

Very dirty. Not keeping up with cleaning - room had a dirty (you know what I mean) toilet plunger in bathroom and hair in shower. Common areas were littered with debris and hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Kids play room had pizza crusts and beer cans laying around the floor.

Poorly maintained and managed

This hotel is in poor repair and was not clean, especially the hallways. The water in the bath tub would not shut off and had been that way for a very long time because the enamel below the spigot was worn away. There was a loud party of kids in the pool area and it did not stop until 11 PM when one of the customers of the hotel confronted the group forcefully. Would not stay there again.

we never had any room service and the game room and pool area could use a vacuum to pick up some dirt and dust.i am aware they are undergoing renovations but a little tlc would really help with appearence

Pool closed, arcade was trashed. Key card would not work from pool area to room, had to go all the way around. Offered upgrade before arrival but unavailable upon arrival. Side entrance was open for anyone to enter, key wasn’t needed to gain entry. Faucet dripped the whole time. No fan/vent in bathroom, condensation dripped from ceiling. Cabinet that holds refrigerator water damaged and base started to rot. Sheets/blankets stained. Would not recommend

The door handle and key lock were loose as if they could fall off! There was no sheet on one bed to sleep on, only a mattress pad! The bathroom faucet leaked constantly in a steady flow. Under the sink there was a rag fastened around the pipes. Told hotel personnel, but nothing was done. Not even putting a sheet on the bed! I think I deserve a refund.
