Don’t expect respect

Because of the way the person at the front desk spoke to me on the phone, after I had already purchased my stay, I spent another $150 to stay somewhere else. The level of disrespect and his attitude towards me, speaking to me as though I was incompetent because I didn’t know the answer to a question was sickening. I’ll never consider this hotel for business.

The staff were all very nice but our room was soooo dirty. Cobwebs dangling from the ceilings and vents, dead bugs and dust on the tops of the dressers and night stands. The carpet was so dirty your feet were black so definitely bring slippers. Outdated and overall needs a refresh.

Staff was very helpful and caring. We had a trip to the Med Center with a follow up to the Hospital. All was fine but, I can't tell you how caring and concerned and helpful all the staff was!

Okay stay, very clean and nice staff. But I don’t like the fact breakfast isn’t a hot breakfast. Continental break literally has no protein options here. Carbs only. I’m a diabetic and that doesn’t work for me. However there was yogurt, but not lite or low carb/sugar. I was expecting at least cold boiled eggs which would have been great but they didn’t even have that! Other than that I have no complaints. Nice pool and yes… HOT TUB! Just need a hot breakfast is all.

Everything was fine. The pillows were on the hard side and the breakfast had very few Gluten Free options. I was able to have a yogurt and a bowl of instant oatmeal but that was it.

Worst room ever

Room was musty and the carpet was damp. We had to have a window open and the fan on all night so that we could sleep.No matter how much room spray and Lysol we used it didn't help. We would of left but there were no other rooms to move to. Worst room I have ever been in and no compensation other than the container of room spray from the front desk and an apology
