So heres the thing. The rooms are dated st least the rooms we got. I booked 306 and 308 cause they were adjoining and we had a bunch of kids. Bathrooms are very small. Door almost hits the toilet. Beds were alright. Definitely older too.. The bar and grill was cool to have on site though. Food was decent. Breakfest was pretty good too. Not great but better than averages. Not tiny thin bacon strips they were solid bacon strips and sausage links as well. Biscuts and gravey were good too. The staff was very polite. I will say this they key system isnt great. My key cards were constantly getting wiped. If they get to close to your cell phone forget it! Some of the exterior doors that require key cards dont always work.. overall for the price it was slightly anove average

Very poor management and staff

They were late with check in and then in order for me to check in I had to go and see if my room was cleaned and if it was she would give me a key. I don’t know why I had to go and check, then I got lost as it is a maze inside. After that I finally got a key we unpacked luggage and then the key the lady gave was not activated. We tracked down a housekeeper and told to go and activate the key. We were tired from travelling and checking to see if the room was ready and got luggage and stuff to find out we cannot access the building. We were parked at the back.. the housekeeper let us in and then 10 min later we were asked to leave as they we assaulted the housekeeper. Why would my husband and I assault anyone. I explained the story and he insisted that we leave. They were overbooked there and I think they needed my room and it was an excuse. We are both 64 yrs old and were very offended that we were being accused of assault and asked to leave. Very very poor management and rude staff members as I had a hard time checking out as no one would serve me

It’s a very nice and clean property however very noisy. Can hear through the walls and doors. The pool is indoors not outdoor. Just in a windowed area. The rooms around the pool. Be prepared for kids to be in the pool from 8am to 10pm and running through hallways. If there is a wedding. You’ll also hear the music. Not sure how the further away rooms are but if you are looking to sleep would recommend trying further away.

I stayed there for 9 day left after 8 days. The room was fine. The problem there was no maid services the whole time. To get clean towels and toilet paper we had to go to the front desk. With 1 adult and 2 teenagers it would have had been easier.

Okay for the price.

Staff was friendly but you get what you pay for with facility. Key card worked after 4-5 attempts. The pool and wedding was so loud. Make sure there isnt a wedding scheduled if you want some sleep.

They're having a staffing problem I guess. Rooms are not cleaned daily, which is fine. But they dont even give you the option. Just tell you it will be done at the end of your stay. We had to have the key card re programmed every day as it stopped working. The pool was dirty. There was a lot of garbage in the halls, assuming because rooms were not getting cleaned, so people would leave their garbage out. The front staff really seem completely over their job and are not very friendly. Someone had a large breed dog that went bananas in the middle of the night barking its face off. There was left over food from the previous people still in the fridge. The hotel isnt terrible, but it could be much better. The whole reason its falling apart is because they dont have the right amount of staff for the size of the hotel. Everyone is miserable.

The hotel downgraded iur room reservation due to a maintenance issue. There was no attempt to change the room rate, appropriate to the downgrade . The hotel has dark hallways and problems with the key cards. The outside entrance doors were unsecured, carpet was worn. They are other choices that I would consider.

Beautiful stay

The room we assigned to had a few cosmetic issues. The hot breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We stayed multiple nights-my only complaint was having to ask for additional soaps/towels/etc. The facilities were beautiful.
