It was the weirdest motel I have ever stayed at. Our room had a window but it was just to a hallway of other rooms. Speaking of hallways they were all very dark and dimly lit. Our room looked nothing like the king sized rooms in the pictures looked. I took my daughter there because of the pool and it was closed due to unforseen circumstances. I had my reservation booked for two months you would think they would have sent an email or something saying the pool was closed. I paid a decent chunk of money for the room and I am very disappointed. Unless you want disappointment I would stay somewhere else.

Check in lady provided zero details about the property. ZERO. Was lucky to have her tell me my room number. No idea what the wifi password was, if there was a complementary breakfast....nothing. I turned the thermostat to 59 but the room stayed hot all day/night making a very uncomfortable sleep. The pillows on the bed were small, round and super hard. No way to flatten them out so you slept with your chin on your chest the whole night and woke up with a sore neck. Not the best nights sleep I've ever had but the place was clean so that's a bonus

Unfortunately, one of the main attractants for us was the pool, but it happened to be closed for renovations when we were there. I would call in advance if you are hoping to use the pool. Sadly, there were some people partying in the room across the hall from us and kept us up most of the night. Not the hotel's fault but definitely left a bad impression. The breakfast was nice = standard American stuff, but the staff was nice.

Dont stay here.

There was kids running and screaming all night long in hotel i got up at 2:30 am and never went back to sleep. I made hotel return my money for simple fact hotel was reported to by numerous people and they did nothing to rectify the situation. There breakfast was terrible eggs were burnt and breakfast sauage was dried out.

The staff here were so friendly and kind. The building itself is aging and it shows despite being kept very clean. The breakfast was fantastic and the server was so attentive! I can’t comment on the pool as it was closed. We were not informed of this ahead of time which has affected the rating. It was the main reason we booked here! Would love to adjust the rating if we visit again and have access to the pool And hot tub
