I was so tired when i arrived late at night that being assigned a room next to the check in desk should have been a clue. I had a miserable night sleep because the doors and walls are paper thin! All night long i heard the staff working at the office; guests walking up and down the hallway; staff talking with one another. It's not like they were loud- they were uncaring that people were trying to sleep! Doors slamming. Staff talking. Horrible place is you need sleep. The venue itself may have been okay visually, but the environment was not conducive to sleep and silence. It was horrible. I left without eating the small breakfast that was basically a portable freezer from which you take out a snack choice of quiche and heat it yourself in a microwave. Like a convenience store in which you sleep like crap. I will not return,

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! There are original artworks all over the walls for sale. The layout was unique and cool. The staff was e We had a king sized bed and it was the comfiest bed ever.

Darling stay with loads of character and lovely location. The hotel shuttle from the airport was a nice touch, as was the art in the entry. I don't drink so the bottle of wine was nice gesture but I didn't take advantage.

We love the historic Arvon & Celtic Cowboy and stay there every trip to GF. Staff is fantastic, warm & very helpful. VIP perks are great. Rooms always clean and comfortable with the best bedding. Can't say enough about the Arvon.
