Nothing fancy but that’s expected. Bathroom was really small and ice machine didn’t work on second floor. No elevator so hauling bags up stairs was tricky. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The air conditioner/heater kept shutting off. The toilet was dirty. Paint on the floor in several spots. No tissue in the bathroom. I was worried about my vehicle at night. The whole place just felt dirty.

Great falls

My one complaint was the parking lot. It was not cleared of snow the entire 5 days I was there. And it snowed at least twice in that time frame making it worse. I recognize that it is January in Montana but this is still a safety/health hazard. The sidewalks were kept clean tho. That was a help.

Not a good stay.

This hotels need some work. The card reader didn't work at check-in, so I had to pay cash, the ice machine didn't work, there was no hot water (linda warm) for my morning shower, no local channels onh tv (only the cheap directv ones, etc. Overall the room appeared fairly clean but when leaving, I looked under the bed to make sure I hadn't left anything and it was terribly disgusting. I like to stay insmaller motels that might be struggling but I'll never stay at this one again. n't left anything and

We have stayed here the past two years and then this year but it has gone down hill a lot. Hallways smell like marajuana and cat pee. The rooms were not clean, base boards were filthy, I found line dark hair in the bathroom floor and in my bed, so gross. We will not be back and advise no one to stay here.

The staff is lovely but the room was very dirty and the hallways smell like cat pee. There were some questionable people staying there and up at all times of the night. But, it’s cheap so….
