During my stay great falls got hit with a violent thunderstorm. Hail, wind a massive down pore. The staff was wonderful even though they had to deal with some minor flooding

For me it’s very important to have an electric door that opens automatically when you are trying to push your luggage cart into the lobby - come on it’s a little pricey for what you get

Bathroom sink, TV issue. Snarky, impolite staff

The bathroom sink didn’t drain The TV would not connect to the cable box. The only soap was a bathtub pump, no soap at the bathromm sink. It was obvious when we called the staff about the sink, we were not the only patrons to have similar problems. We were instructed to pull the stopper up and it would drain. We told them we preferred not to put our hands in gray water to pull an umproperly positioned stopper. In a loud, condescending voice, the manager said 'she would glove up and put her hands in our dirty water to pull the stopper. The television never worked. And as mentioned above, there was no soap to use at that stopped up bathroom sink. I wouldnt have written this review, but after being treated in the manner I was, I think folks shoild know about the room conditions, and more importantly the staffs attitude.

Would prefer additional entrances/exits, as we always travel with our dogs, and side exits are more convenient. Otherwise, room is spacious, entire property is clean, staff is friendly.

Outside Grounds are well kept, property inside is very clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable about Great Falls and gave top 3 best restaurants to eat at. Rooms are very clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable-had a great nights sleep, AC works well and I liked that there was a nice big window in the room. I would stay here again!!
