This is my 2nd experience staying there. My only request for the future is to put some carpeting in the rooms. Something needs to be placed on the bathroom floors to prevent slipping. Aside from that, everything else is great. Keep up the great work.

I booked this resort to celebrate my one year wedding anniversary with my wife. Although I had the best intentions, after a 5hr drive we were met with rude customer service, outdated facilities, and a less than cleanly room. We were going to try and make the best of our time, but when we decided to wine down and enjoy the in room hot tub we learned we had no hot water! We called the front desk and staff chuckled offering us another room that they had earlier confirmed having had hot water. The staff went on to state that someone else complained about hot water earlier and that our block of rooms did not have hot water. This comment made us question how long they were aware of the lack of hot water when we checked in because if you knew prior to us checking in, give us a room with hot water. A new key was provided for the other room, but it was only for one night which was not the length of our stay. This was my last straw. We left that night driving 5hrs back to Pittsburgh. Now, I’m having to go through hoops to get a refund. I do not recommend this resort. I’m not sure why the resort still has business. Buyer beware!

Room wasn't very clear and had alot of spiders .... our pool was half empty and grungy looking.... the rooms need a serious update 💯 our maid didn't even make our bed the one day and left us floor matts for towels and left trash in the room . usually did room service for dinner ... got the grilled chicken salad but they forgot the chicken.... I said whatever I'll just eat it ... it took around an hour to get it 😒 so I wasn't wanting to wait any longer. The fitness center is a joke! For the price per night its not much and not worth it. The champagne glass is a nice touch and mirrors above the bed

Our room (720) had smoke damage from someone using the fireplace. The walls, couch, ceiling and doors had soot all over them. After saying something they acknowledged that someone must have used the fireplace without opening the vent. I offered to show pictures and the response was “no need I’ve seen it”. It wasn’t noticed the first night because it was dark and we got in late from enjoying ourselves. We noticed the wall above the fireplace the next day when the jacuzzi light was on (shades were drawn). On the 3rd day it was really noticeable because the shades were open and the lamp light was on. If they knew it was bad why put us in it. I informed them that a couple gallons of paint would go a long way. She replied with “I’ll write it down”. It was way more pleasant 10 years ago. I don’t believe I’ll be going back, even though friends want to plan a trip there.
