Places not to stay again

The toilette wouldn't flush and they gave us a plunger. I checked out two days earlier than we had paid for and made other arrangements for the remainder of our trip. We were in town for funeral this added stress wasn't needed.

Overall very happy. I live in the desert so the slightly musty smell in the main halls worried me a little but the room was clean and fresh. Very comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Fantastic latte from the coffee maker. Quiet. Our only issue was no elevator, and my husband hurt his knee so had a hard time with stairs, but we managed that ok.

Two floor property with no elevator. Room was clean and well kept. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast area clean but a bit crowded. Easy access to highway.

I have NO idea how this hotel’s guest rating is so high. I booked if over another chain that has a better reputation because of the high guest rating. The room feels gross and moist. There has been a party going on in the room above ours the entire night that the staff cannot handle. Everything about this place just feels ick.

Who ever was working july the 4th around 1pm-11pm needs to be talked to about her customer service skills. Shes rude and gets mad at any question customers ask 🙄 and the fact house keeping wants a tip for the lack of work that they do! There was dust all over my room and towels werent clean! Room is outdated the lighting isnt any help all the lights are yellow you can barley see! For the price they charge i would rather stay somewhere else

Needs a Facelift!

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. It was very outdated - old carpet, A/C unit was very effective and the hotel towels were on there last leg.....definitely not one of the nicer LaQuintas we have stayed at. Needs a facelift!
