I wasn't expecting the highest quality room at this price point but this was one of the worst rooms I've every stayed in. The room was not well cleaned. There were smears all over the light switches and the hair dryer. It showed wear and tear in every corner- grout missing on the floor tiles, tiles were loose under foot, the refrigerator was clicking loudly, the toilet didn't flush properly, the heater was only on or off, I couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature so I was uncomfortable the entire time. The carpet was torn in places, the door in the bathroom was missing veneer, the ceilings had very poor patches on them from previous repairs, the shower head on the shower dripped all over the place and had very low pressure, the towels and bath mat were threadbare and damaged and should have been retired. The shampoo and conditioner were almost empty and not refilled and I was only given a roll and a quarter of toilet paper for a 3 day stay. I didn't have the energy to complain about it while I was there. I tried to let them know at the front desk before checking out and had to wait for her to finish a call and then she was dismissive when I gave her my feedback. She said no one else had complained. These issues were so obvious that anyone who does a walkthrough in each of the rooms should have spotted half of them immediately. At one point this was a very nice hotel but it's being very poorly managed and run into the ground due to neglectful maintenance.
