Front desk staff was helpful and jumped in to fix our TV remote control quickly. In the gym, the huge water jug was empty and clock battery was dead. This is day-to-day neglect that was unfortunate. As with our last stay, old and broken furniture is parked at the top of stairwells.

The rooms could use some remodeling especially the tub and shower but they were clean.The tub had some rust and mold it looked like. Walls are very thin, I could hear the person in the other room sneeze. But the customer service was superb, the lady at the front desk, Delilah, was so friendly and patient with us. She explained things and was so kind (she’s probably the main reason for the 4stars)
