Room was clean, staff person was pleasant. The fridge was not working, so we called and front desk lady switched it out with one with a freezer which helped since we had ice packs for our next days trip. Bed was comfy, nice shower, hbo movies a plus. Jacuzzi was too hot. Lady said she turned it down, but never cooled off. Breafast was nothing great, coffee was old and black. Disappointed in that. Coffee in room, but was provided with a mug. How sanitary is that? Should have Styrofoam cups. Our second stay, and its pretty good for Green river Utah, so would stay again.

We had no hot water the entire stay. We notified staff within hour of being there. Check out time several guests were complaining at front desk about not having hot water. Several little things in room were noticeable... Curtains didnt work and are torn. Hvac thermostat did not work on wall. Had to manually turn the unit on. Time for someone to invest in infrastructure so future profits can be realized folks.

We walked in to a nice lobby area and a nice young man at the counter. He let us check in a few minutes early. 👍 However, the room's tv didn't work and bathroom door had water damage. He tried to help but ended up moving us. The next room had unfinished sheetrock in the ceiling in the bathroom. The light next to the bed only had one side working. Otherwise, room was ok. Hot Tub heater was turned on when we arrived. Not to be used til 5pm at the earliest as pool hours were 5-930 pm. Pool was a cold plunge definitely not heated but the hot tub was actually nice and hot at 6pm. Breakfast was lackluster and coffee was awful. The staff was very nice and did the best possible but will not stay here again.

It was clean and good location since we were traveling through and staying one night. My husband was looking forward to the hot tub. He even called prior to booking hotel to make sure it was open and running. The Hotel person said yes. As he was checking in a lady that just tried the hot tub told the Hotel Clerk that it wasn't getting hot :/ Needless to say, he was not pleased. They mentioned that we could use the Comfort Inn adjacent to the hotel but a freezing walk through the big lot afterwards. They are owned by the same company. If it were summer, possibly. We left prior to their free breakfast so not able to comment about whether it is good or not.
