There was no water coming from the sink, so I had to use the shower hose just to wash my face and hands. On top of that, the smell of the bed sheets and mattress was unbearable, they had a strong laundry or detergent odor, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep

Our room was hugh. Was a bit dated could you a little refresh. But clean and comfortable. Nice location close to restaurants and shopping

This hotel was very basic. But ok for a late overnight stay. The reception mentiined coffee in the morning however there was none available. For the price roim was ok.

Area seemed secure but doors could use some safety improvements. Amenities can use improvement and towels had long black hair on some of them. Shower set up was strange but it worked.

The key card did not work in my door lock. I had to constantly go to the office to ask them to let me into my room. They were great and friendly about it, however, every staff member at the desk mentioned how the manager refused to get the lock fixed on the door to my particular room. Very unacceptable.

This is the worse motel we have ever stayed in. The door handle fell off and the lock didn’t work properly, shower floor was pealing and dirty, toilet lid was loose and the tv didn’t work initially until repaired. This motel should not be on Expedia.
