Property was clean and comfortable, except there was a problem with hot water. To get hot water at the sink took a very long time, at the tub/shower the best we could get was warm water - not great for a shower.

I only stayed for one night after visiting my tattoo artist in town. Didnt want to risk driving in a snowstorm. The night staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was that there was a super bright streetlight outside my window. But i think thats just an unlucky draw and no fault to anyone. They had free breakfast and i must say this had to be the BEST free hotel breakfast ive ever had. They make the Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls look mediocre by comparison. Everything was so fresh and tasty. The area was clean. Nothing tasted artificial at all. Really convenient spot. Hope to come back for another reason down the line

It was very overpriced for what you got Dirty, very ok breakfast, only one elevator working. I would recommend anywhere else but there are very few if any other options in Greenfield and they know it.

We really liked our room and the hotel. The major issue is the hotel is under construction and I was not aware of the work being done when I booked the reservation. Saturday morning we were disturbed at 7:30 by a lot of construction noise from the third floor (we were on the second floor). Staff was wonderful checking in as well as the staff at breakfast. Once construction is gone, access into the hotel should be easier as well as no noise.

Needs a remodel!

The hotel needs remodeling. Also it was not that clean. The coffee make was broken and they did replace it with another. The toilet didn’t flush very well, took several tries.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and the room was clean and nice. The only complaint I have is it was very noisy with other guests being next to us and above us. We could hear their tv at later times at night and the people above us were walking around at 1am. Not necessarily anything the hotel staff could do about it, but something I think all hotels should keep in mind is creating better sound denting throughout the property. You shouldn’t be able to hear guests in the next room.

There are multiple freeways so the nose is loud. The rim smelled of synthetic fragrance to cover something up.

Good that a renovation is in process

We stopped here unexpectedly because road conditions were bad and we were tired. This hotel is also very tired but is in the middle of a renovation. The staff was great, the room was warm, and the bed was fine. We slept well but it’s good that they’re doing a renovation. New sheets would be a good thing.
