Rooms give motel vibe. This is basically a motel, not a hotel. They also do not separate smoking section from non-smoking section, so our non-smoking room was right next to rooms where people smoked. Our rooms also smelled like cigarettes, even though they were supposedly non-smoking rooms.

The price was discounted and when we checked in there were signs saying the property is under renovation. To bear with them, however the rooms are clean. We were ok with this. However when we entered our room, it was in fact not clean, it was the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. Main light didn’t work, a couple outlets didn’t work, toilet clogged upon first use/flush, drywall in the bathroom is ripped apart, there were literal brown stains on the bathroom walls, and one of the bed frames was broken. The only thing that looked acceptably clean were the sheets, and that’s the single only reason we didn’t ask for a different room as we had checked in late and had a very early flight. Property renovations are one thing, dirty rooms are another. Wouldn’t recommend this property even for the cheap price- it’s gross.

Property seemed unsafe, we looked ar the room and it was unacceptable, stinky and stained walls. We refused the room and were told it was too late to cancel. I lost my money, had to book elsewhere at 12am.

Used to be the place id always stay in Greenville for convenience. The newly renovated sign was there 3 years ago on my last visit. Rooms look nothing like sign. There in worse condition they were 23 years ago. Pillow case was dirty. Paint on ceilings falling. Hit my leg on bed rails sticking out from under the mattress. Got there late so it was to late to change hotels for 1 night

Roaches for real

so, i thought best westerns were more upscale but this was just a rebadged motel 6 kind of hotel. service was excellent, but the room and everything was really dated. even the toilet was so high that it took a while to even flush and you will stick your hand in the water to wipe accidentally which is gross. also, i counted 4 live roaches during my stay. 1 climbing the shower wall, 2 scurring from the coffee machine and 1 on the tv stand/dresser. i mean i guess i'd rather have roaches than bed bugs but still, what is going on? my stay was relatively quiet but only a short outburst arguing/profanity from sketchy guests. shampoo was pretty nice quality, soap bars were full sized. breakfast was surprisingly edible with lots of options, even the juice was good. coffee was weak, though. i probably won't stay again because of the roaches because that is just unacceptable, but without them - i might stay in the future just because of the price paid value and the breakfast

Worst place to stay.

Me and my bf were there a couple of days. The manager thinks its okay to come up to your while your eating and accuse you of being on something. We stayed to ourselves, didn't cause and trouble. Staff were very rude.
